For your Top-10 list: I suggested adding a brief explanation for each question as to why you think that question is important to ask. For your Top-5 list: Here I suggest adding a brief explanation as to why you picked these 5 questions as your most important. I think in both cases writing that down really helps your own thinking about these issues. cb
